Ndu WellTHERAPY

Your account

Deleting your account.

You can delete your Ndu Well account at any time. It closes straight away, and it is erased 30 days later, so you have time to change your mind.

How to delete it

In the app

Open the Me tab, then Sign-in and security, then Delete your account. The Ndu Well app and the Ndu Well Therapist app both have it.

On the website

Sign in at nduwelltherapy.com, open Your account from the menu, and choose Delete my account at the bottom.

If you cannot sign in

Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to get back in, then delete it as above. If that does not work, write to support@nduwelltherapy.com from the email address on your account and we will help.

You confirm with your password, or with a code we email you if you sign in with Google. If you have a session booked, a weekly plan, a concern being looked at, or money on its way to you, we ask you to finish that first, so nobody is left waiting and no money is lost.

What happens, and when

  • Straight away: your account closes and you are signed out on every device. A therapist's profile leaves the directory.
  • For the next 30 days: nothing is erased. Sign in and choose Keep my account, and everything is as you left it. You can also ask us to restore it by writing to support@nduwelltherapy.com.
  • After 30 days: we erase your email address, password and sign-in links, your journal (with its photos and voice notes), your test results, your notifications and devices, and any saved bank details. A therapist's photo and documents are erased too.

What we keep, and why

The law asks us to keep financial records, and some records belong to another person as much as to you. So we keep: payments and the accounts of money moving, the record that a session took place, and anything already set aside because a concern was raised about a session. Session conversations follow their usual timetable and are then cleared. None of this is linked to your email address any more; where your username appears, it is replaced with an anonymous one. A therapist's name and licence number stay on the record of the sessions they held.

Wallet credit cannot be paid out, so it is lost when the account is erased. Money you have earned — a therapist's earnings or a referral share — should be withdrawn first.

Coming back

You are always welcome back. After your account is erased you can sign up again with the same email as a new member. If you sign up again during the 30 days, we will email you a choice: keep your old account, or erase it at once and start fresh.
