The price on a therapist's profile is the price you pay. There is nothing to join, no subscription unless you choose one, and nothing to pay until you book.

A full session

- Therapists on Ndu Well charge between ₦10,000 and ₦10,000. Half charge ₦10,000 or less.
- Choose your therapist and a time that suits you.
- Book from 12 hours ahead, up to 30 days.

₦3,000and up
- Unless a therapist sets their own, it is 30% of their voice price.
- The same private room and the same therapist, by writing only.
- Shown on the profile of each therapist who offers it.
For steady work together
Weekly plans: 3 sessions a week with one therapist.
Paid a week at a time, at a discount your therapist sets, and renewed each week until you stop. A session you move must be used within 7 days. You can stop at any time.
If plans change
Life happens. Here is what happens to your money.
Your payment is held until the session takes place. The full rules are in the Terms.
- You cancel at least 24 hours before
- The full price returns to your wallet.
- You cancel later, or do not join
- 50% of the price returns to your wallet.
- You arrive late
- The session still ends at its booked time.
- Your therapist arrives late
- You still receive the full length of your session.
- Your therapist does not come, or cancels at short notice
- You choose: another therapist, a new time, your wallet with 10% added, or a refund to your card.
- Neither of you joins
- 70% of the price returns to your wallet.
Paying
Simple, and safe.
Card, in naira
You pay when you book, through Paystack. Your time is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
Your wallet
Money returned to you waits in your wallet for any session with any therapist. It stays for 90 days after money was last added.
Refunds go back where they came from
A card refund returns only to the card that paid. Wallet money cannot be topped up or withdrawn, which keeps payments safe for everybody.
Bring a friend. When someone you invite has sessions, you receive 5% of each session price for 12 months. It comes from our share, never the therapist’s.
