Ndu Well connects licensed Nigerian therapists with people who are ready to talk. You set your prices and your hours. We look after the room and the payments.
Your prices
Set a price between ₦5,000 and ₦100,000, a chat-only price, and a discount for weekly plans if you wish.
Your hours
Open the times that suit you. Clients can only book what you have opened, and you can change it whenever you need to.
Chat or voice
Every session happens in a private room on Ndu Well, by writing or by voice and writing. Nothing to install and no numbers exchanged.

Clients come under a name they choose, which makes the first conversation easier to begin.
What you keep
No surprises. Work it out for yourself.
From every completed session, a flat platform fee comes off first: it pays for the room, calls, recording and the service. Our commission is a share of what remains, and you keep the rest.

Joining
Four steps, checked by a person.

Create your account
With your professional email address and your full name as it appears on your licence.

Complete your application
A clear photo, a short introduction, the areas you support, your price, your licence and a government ID.

Our team reviews it
A person checks your licence and identity documents. You are told by email when a decision is made.

Open your hours
Set your availability and a payout account in your own name. Your profile then appears in the directory.

- When you are paid
- Earnings from a session can be withdrawn 7 days after it, so any concern can be settled first. The smallest withdrawal is ₦5,000.
- Where the money goes
- Only to an account in your own name, confirmed with Paystack. After a change of account, withdrawals wait 6 hours and we email you, in case it was not you.
- Being on time
- Joining more than 5 minutes late carries a 10% fine, and the client keeps their full time. A missed session carries 25%. You may appeal any fine once.
- When a client cancels late
- If a client cancels within 24 hours or does not come, you are paid for part of the session, with no platform fee.
- Quick Therapy, if you choose
- Switch yourself available and short sessions of 15 minutes are offered to a few therapists at a time. The first to accept takes it; declining keeps your place.
- Confidential by design
- You can read a session back for 48 hours, or while you have a plan with that client, and it cannot be downloaded. Contact details are always starred out.
