Quick Therapy
Quick Therapy
15 minutes with the next available therapist.
15 minutes, by voice or in writing, for ₦2,500. Nobody is free at this minute, so booking a session may be the shorter road.
Before you start
Whether this is the right thing today
Good for
- Something is on your mind and you would like to talk it through now
- You would like to try therapy before choosing a therapist
- You need a calm, kind voice for a few minutes
Not for
- Ongoing support for something you have carried a long time — a full session with a therapist you choose will serve you better
- Emergencies — if you are in danger, call 112 now
If you are in danger, or thinking of harming yourself, please use Help now instead. It has the emergency numbers for your country.
How it goes
Four steps, and none of them is a form
Say what it is about
A word, if you would like to. You may also say nothing.
Pay once
₦2,500, from your wallet or your card. Nothing is searched until it is paid.
We ask therapists who are free
For up to 2 minutes. If nobody comes, you keep every naira.
You talk
15 minutes by voice, in writing, or both. Nothing is recorded.
Or the other way
Quick Therapy, or a full session
Quick Therapy · 15 minutes · voice and chat · the next available therapist · one-off
Full session · 45–60 minutes · a therapist you choose · you can keep seeing them
If it helps, you can book a full session with the same therapist afterwards.
If nobody is free
You are not charged for a conversation that did not happen. When the search ends with nobody, you choose: look again with the same money, keep it in your wallet for any session with any therapist, or have it returned to the card you paid with.
Somebody is usually free
I understand this is a short, one-off conversation with whichever therapist is free.
